60 minutes Foot Reflexology: $90

 

With the use of an organic foot balm containing essential oils of Lavender, Peppermint and Rosemary, this signature foot reflexology treatment will evoke feelings of tranquility and well-being. Hot towels are used to warm the feet prior to treatment.

75 minute Elemental Reflexology (hands and feet): $115

 

This balancing treatment combines foot and hand reflexology to guide you to deep relaxation. Elemental treatments feature aromatherapy massage oil with Eucalyptus, Juniper, Lavender, Frankincense and Rosemary, which are clinically proven to relieve feelings of stress.

60 minute Facial Reflexology: $115 (NEW)

 

The session begins with a deeply relaxing massage of the face, neck, and shoulders. Followed by an Elemental Facial using an organic cleansing oil, hydrating mask, toner, and moisturizer. Once the face has been relaxed and cleansed a customized Facial Reflexology sequence is given based on the specific needs of the client.  This treatment also includes hand massage, which is given as the hydrating facial mask sets.

90 minutes Elemental Relaxation Massage and Foot Reflexology For Women (back, neck, shoulders & feet): $135

 

This deeply relaxing massage and foot reflexology combination treatment ensures overall rebalancing of the nervous system. Extra focus is given to the neck and shoulders to relieve stress from where we feel it most. Elemental treatments feature aromatherapy massage oil with Eucalyptus, Juniper, Lavender, Frankincense, and Rosemary, which are clinically proven to relieve feelings of stress.

90 minutes Facial and Feet Reflexology Combination Treatment: $145 (NEW)

 

This combination treatment starts with an Elemental Facial and custom Facial Reflexology sequence and finishes with a signature foot reflexology treatment.  It will evoke feelings of tranquility and well-being. Hot towels are used for both the face and feet to warm the body during treatment. Hand massage is also included during the facial sequence, which is given as the hydrating facial mask sets.

2 hour Full Body Relaxation Massage and Reflexology For Women (includes facial massage): $185
 

This signature treatment combines full body relaxation massage including the face and head with foot reflexology to guide you to deep relaxation. In the ayurvedic tradition, the head is the center of our nervous system, and head massage is essential to relieving stress and pain from the shoulders up.

2 hour Hot Stone Therapy Full body Relaxation Massage and Foot Reflexology For Women: $205
 

Hot stone therapy goes beyond the physical experience of relaxation massage, creating a positive approach to body-mind-spirit. Heat from smooth basalt stones penetrates the muscles to relieve tension and balance the body systems. This 2-hour treatment combines full body relaxation massage including the face and head with foot Reflexology to guide you to deep relaxation.

Home visits and special event planning such as retreats or weddings can be arranged. Please contact Zoe for more information.  Home visits will have an additional charge of $20 for added travel time and expenses.

Allergies or skin sensitivities:
 

If you have any allergies or skin sensitivities to essential oils or any oils in general, please let me know at the time of your booking. Plain massage oils, with no scent, are an option for all treatments

COVID Policies:
 

Please do not come to any scheduled appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness.  Cancellation fees are waived due to the sudden onset of illness.  Facemasks are currently not required for Massage and Reflexology Studios. However, facemasks are optional for clients based on their level of comfort.  A new complimentary, disposable facemask will be provided upon request.  Appropriate airflow is provided in the treatment room.  The studio is thoroughly disinfected between treatment sessions with a hospital-grade disinfectant and newly laundered linens are provided for each treatment session.

 

Is Reflexology Covered by insurance?

 

Yes, reflexology is covered by a number of insurance companies across Canada. Clients must check their individual insurance plans or with their employers to determine if reflexology is covered in their plan. If reflexology is not included, clients can request to have it added to their coverage.

 

Gift Certificates:
 

Customized gift cards are available for all treatments. Gift Certificates never expire, so that special someone can use it whenever they wish without the pressure of time. All Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

 

48 Hour Cancellation policy:
 

Confirmation emails will be sent 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, so you have a record of your upcoming appointment time.

If you should need to cancel or reschedule, 48 hours notice is requested, so that I may refill your spot.  It is understood that sometimes cancellations are simply unavoidable due to illness or injury.  If you cancel last minute for other reasons, or no show for an appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the service you had reserved.

 

Arrivals:
 

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments.  If it is your first visit, you will be asked to complete a short, confidential health history form.  This ensures any pertinent information that may affect your treatment is identified.

 

Late:
 

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your relaxation. Your treatment will need to end on time, so the next client will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged, as the full time was set-aside for you.

 

Methods of Payment:
 

Gift Cards, interact e-transfer and cash are all accepted methods of payment.  If you are using internet e-transfer as a method of payment, it is appreciated if you send the transfer before your arrival.  Payment is due at the end of service.

 

Scheduling appointments:
 

Booking your appointment in advance is recommended.  Pre-booking appointments at the end of your service increases the likelihood of getting your preferred time and date.

 

Monthly Giving Back:
 

A monthly one-hour Reflexology treatment spot is open for clients that are not in a
financial position to cover the full costs of treatment. Clients can pay what they can afford for the session and then the spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist. If you feel this would help you access care please be in contact with me to let me know.
